Terms and Conditions for Your Nervous System Sanctuary Affiliate Program

These Terms and Conditions (“Agreement”) govern the affiliate partnership between Rachel Hardy, owner of Your Nervous System Sanctuary: Expand with Ease (“we,” “us,” or “our”), and all affiliate partners (“Affiliate” or “you”). By participating in this affiliate program, you agree to the following terms:
1. Affiliate Program Details
- Custom Coupon Code: You will be provided with a unique coupon code to share with your audience. This code will allow me to track signups from your referrals.
2. Commission Structure
- Commission Rate: You will receive a 50% commission of the net revenue (after all applicable fees) for every sale made using your coupon code.
- Fee Deductions:
- Stripe Fees: 2.9% + $0.30 per transaction.
- PayPal Fees: 2.9% of the total amount when transferring your payout.
- Example Calculation: For example, if 20 people sign up at $111 each, the final affiliate payout after fees will be approximately $1,043.64.
3. Payment Terms
- Payment Schedule: Commissions will be paid out within 30 days of the end of each month, once all applicable fees have been deducted.
- Payment Method: Payments will be made via PayPal. Please ensure your PayPal information is up to date.
- Currency: All payments will be made in USD.
4. Affiliate Responsibilities
- Marketing and Promotion: You agree to promote the membership in an ethical and professional manner, using the materials provided or any content you’ve created and discussed with us.
- Compliance: All promotional efforts must comply with applicable laws and regulations, including disclosing your affiliate relationship where required.
5. Termination
- Termination Rights: We reserve the right to terminate this Agreement at any time for any reason. If terminated, you will be paid for any commissions earned up to the date of termination.
- Violation: Any violation of these terms may result in termination of your affiliate status and forfeiture of any pending commissions.
6. Changes to the Agreement
- We reserve the right to modify these Terms and Conditions at any time. You will be notified of any changes, and continued participation in the affiliate program will signify your acceptance of the updated terms.
7. Limitation of Liability
- We are not liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your participation in the affiliate program.
8. Governing Law
- This Agreement will be governed by the laws of New Mexico, USA, without regard to its conflict of law principles.
By participating in the affiliate program, you acknowledge that you have read and agree to these Terms and Conditions.
