These terms apply to the Embodied Astrology Certification offered by Rachel Hardy. By enrolling you agree to them.
What you are buying
A twelve-week professional certification program running from the week of September 21 to December 18, followed by twelve months of monthly integration calls. Live teaching is on Tuesdays at 9 AM Pacific for sixty minutes and every class is recorded. Facilitated partner practice runs on Fridays as forty-minute sessions at 9 AM and 4 PM Pacific so the program works across time zones.
The price is $4,000 for the twelve weeks and the year of integration together.
Payment
All payments are final. This program is non-refundable. Please read the schedule, the price and these terms before you enroll, and reach out with any questions first. Once you enroll, your place is held for you and the fee is not returnable.
Recordings and materials
Class recordings, handouts and course materials are provided for your personal learning use during the program and the year of integration that follows. They remain the intellectual property of Rachel Hardy and may not be copied, shared, resold, or used to teach your own program.
Live classes are recorded. If you attend live, your voice, image and anything you share may be captured in the recording and seen by others in the cohort. Let Rachel know beforehand if you would prefer to keep your camera off.
Partner practice and confidentiality
Partner practice involves reading real charts for other participants and having your own chart read. What is shared in practice sessions and in class stays within the cohort. Please treat it as confidential.
Scope of the work
This program teaches astrology, somatic nervous system skills and work with the Akashic Field. It is education and professional training. It is not psychotherapy, counseling, medical care, or a substitute for any of them, and nothing taught here should be presented to your own clients as such. Part of the training covers recognizing when something is outside your scope and referring on.
Results are not guaranteed. What you take from the program depends on your own practice and participation.
Conduct
This is a small cohort doing intimate work. Rachel may remove anyone whose conduct makes the space unsafe for others. Removal for conduct does not carry a refund.
Changes to the schedule
While unlikely, in the rare event that a class needs to be moved, Rachel will give as much notice as possible and the recording will always be available.
