We’ll incorporate powerful processes in nervous system regulation and wellness, so you can shift habits at deeper levels, stop fighting your natural impulses, and live from the joyful, inspired place that you desire.
I specialize in working with creatives and empaths who are seeking to understand and channel their high sensitivity as the superpower that it truly is- so you can fully express your work in the world while embodying healthy boundaries, your highest vibration, and a clear knowing of your own energy.

Coaching sessions can be done as single sessions, or in packages of 4 sessions at a discounted rate. Packages must be used within 6 months.
If you’re seeking ongoing support, I recommend setting up sessions either once a month, or every two weeks. You can pre-book your sessions in, or talk to me about setting up a regular coaching time slot, if desired.
I’ll ask you to come to each session with an idea of the goals, challenges, or desired outcomes that you’d like to work with. If we’re working in a package structure, you’ll have homework assignments between sessions to keep you on track and moving forward in your best self!
